We offer a range of gazebo sizes to suit everything from small garden gatherings to larger events. Whether you need a compact setup or a larger covered area for guests, we can recommend the best option for your space. You can find exact sizes on our ‘Gazebo Hire’ page.

Yes, all of our gazebo hire includes full delivery, professional setup, and collection. We make the process completely hassle-free so you can focus on enjoying your event.

We provide gazebo hire across Liverpool, Wirral, St Helens, Warrington, Southport, Widnes, Runcorn, and across Merseyside. We can travel further around the Northwest into Cheshire and surrounding areas but our delivery fee will significantly increase to accommodate the extra time and mileage.

Our gazebos are designed to provide shelter from typical UK weather, including rain and strong wind. On the very rare occasion we need to cancel the setup due to severe wind or heavy snow, we will aim to give you at least 48 hours notice. This allows you the opportunity to move your event date.

We have now put in place a minimum hire cost of £150 before delivery fee has been added. Our small and medium gazebos wouldn’t reach this requirement but you can certainly book any other size without accessories.

We recommend booking as early as possible during peak seasons like spring and summer to secure your preferred date. You may be able to book in as little as 1 week before your event subject to availability.

Unfortunately you will lose your deposit if you need to cancel your event. We may be able to move the date subject to availability, but we reserve the right to refuse.

The deposit to secure your booking is £50. The remaining balance is now due no later than 72 hours prior to your event. Cash is not accepted.
